Maintenance, service and installation

The guiding principles of our maintenance and services are: Quality, reliability and efficiency. It goes without saying that we think about ensuring ongoing operation as early as the planning and project planning stages and therefore offer our customers appropriate maintenance contracts.

Maintenance and service
Our own service team is not only the first point of contact for IMB systems, but also for third-party products. The range of services provided by our in-house maintenance and service experts extends from grid analysis to system and battery installation – for both onshore and offshore applications.

Other tasks include:

• Inventory and grid analysis
• Maintenance and testing of DC systems
• Maintenance and testing of batteries incl. capacity test and battery rooms incl. ground leakage resistance measurement
• Maintenance and testing of low-voltage switchgear (this is required every 4 years in accordance with BGV A3)
• Development of switchover concepts for an uninterruptible conversion
• Thermography of AC and DC systems incl. battery systems

Installation
We have our own installation team for system and battery installation, including the dismantling and disposal of old systems and the laying of conductive flooring in battery rooms.
